Terms of Service
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
- You may NOT use or alter any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to: selling prints of my artwork, using my artwork on any merchandise you’re selling, using my artwork as a business logo, etc.
- Minor changes, such as cropping or adding text, are allowed.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
What I currently will draw
- Original Characters
- Personal Game Characters (World of Warcraft, Guild Wars 2, etc.)
- Fanart (Currently accepting fanart, but I reserve the right to decline, the category is simply too broad to list what I will and will not do.)
- Humans and humanoid.
- Humans/humanoids with minor animal features (horns, ears, tails, etc.)
- Some animals (please communicate what species so I can determine if it is currently do-able for me)
What I currently won’t draw
- Anything offensive/hateful/racist/homophobic, etc.
- Fetishes
- Porn
- Some animals (please communicate what species so I can determine if it is currently do-able for me)
- Anthro/Furries (With the exception of things like Warcraft’s Tauren or Guild Wars 2’s Charr because I’m more familiar with them.)
- Mechs/Robots
Payment
- I only accept PayPal.
- Payment is required upfront. I will not start your commission until payment is cleared.
- Prices are in USD.
Art Completion
- Approximate turn around time is usually 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission.
- If you need to cancel your commission for any reason you will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of your commission has been completed.
- If I have to cancel your commission you will receive a full refund.
Other
- I will show you the sketch/lineart version of your commission for your approval/changes before moving on to the next stage. Once you approve the sketch/lineart version, I will not make any more revisions on them.
- The commissioned artwork will be uploaded to my gallery.
- I have the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote my commission announcements and myself as an artist.
- You, as the commissioner, have the right to repost the commissioned artwork to your gallery/blog as long as I am credited.
